　　自2009年國家公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)項目全面啟動以來，慢性病防控已成為提升全民健康水平的核心抓手。2021年，國家衛(wèi)生計生委等五部委發(fā)布通知，要求各地65歲及以上老年人健康體檢為切入點，規(guī)范開展老年人健康管理，并鼓勵利用信息化手段提升公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)效率。然而，政策推進過程中仍面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)：據(jù)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截止去年底，我國65歲及以上人口已達2.2億，且未來10年內(nèi)，這一群體凈增量將超1000萬人/年。同時，我國疾病負擔中有84.9%來自慢性病。老齡化進程加速疊加慢性病高發(fā)，基層醫(yī)療資源承載壓力倍增。傳統(tǒng)體檢流程存在數(shù)據(jù)手工錄入繁瑣、效率低、易出錯等缺點，醫(yī)護人員工作壓力大，體檢者等待時間長，服務(wù)質(zhì)量難以提升。在此背景下，公司自主研發(fā)的公衛(wèi)體檢系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運而生，以全流程服務(wù)數(shù)字化、精準化健康管理、廣覆蓋服務(wù)模式，助力基層醫(yī)療提質(zhì)增效。

　　Since the comprehensive launch of the National Public Health Service Project in 2009, chronic disease prevention and control have become the core focus of improving the overall health level of the population. In 2021, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and five other ministries issued a notice requiring health check ups for elderly people aged 65 and above in various regions as the starting point, standardizing the management of elderly health, and encouraging the use of information technology to improve the efficiency of public health services. However, there are still severe challenges in the process of policy implementation: according to statistical data, as of the end of last year, the population aged 65 and above in China has reached 220 million, and the net increase of this group will exceed 10 million people per year in the next 10 years. Meanwhile, 84.9% of China's disease burden comes from chronic diseases. The accelerated aging process coupled with the high incidence of chronic diseases has doubled the pressure on primary healthcare resources. The traditional physical examination process has disadvantages such as tedious manual data entry, low efficiency, and easy errors. Medical staff face high work pressure, and the waiting time for examinees is long, making it difficult to improve service quality. In this context, the company's independently developed public health examination system has emerged, with a full process service digitization, precise health management, and wide coverage service model, to help improve the quality and efficiency of primary healthcare.
